At Soot Kapaas, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email) is required.
- Returns are not accepted for customized products, fabric cut to measure, or items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@sootkapaas.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Mention your order number, reason for return, and share images of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange for reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund, no questions asked.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the original item and place a new order for the preferred item.
